She found strength in her faith as a long time parishioner of St. Margaret Mary’s Parish and more recently St. Anne’s of Shrewsbury. Rose had a passion and talent for cooking and baking, particularly Italian foods which she passed on to her son and grandchildren. Rose loved going to the movies and enjoyed traveling locally to Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Cape Cod with her husband, son, daughter in law and grandchildren. As is such with a rose, there will never be one like her again. She will be missed sorely by her family but the love shared with Rose is, like her, truly timeless.Friends and family are invited to visit with Rose’s family on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 9:00-10:30 am in the BRITTON-SHREWSBURY FUNERAL HOME, 648 Main Street, Shrewsbury.
